The Santa Barbara Airport is committed to ensuring that people with disabilities are able to take part in, and benefit from, the whole range of public programs, services, and activities offered by the Airport. The Airport continues to modify its facilities, programs, policies, or practices, as necessary, to ensure such access is provided.
In accordance with the requirements of title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 ("ADA"), the Santa Barbara Airport will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in its services, programs, or activities.

For example, individuals with service animals are welcomed in Santa Barbara Airport offices, even where pets are generally prohibited.

If possible, notification at least 48 hours in advance of the need for assistance will enable the Airport to make reasonable arrangements in most cases.
The Santa Barbara Airport is a department of the City of Santa Barbara. Therefore, the policies and procedures as adopted by the City of Santa Barbara have jurisdiction over Airport policies and procedures.
